BCECE Exam 2020

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE) is a state-level entrance examination that allots admissions to undergraduate students in the field of Pharmacy, Engineering, Agriculture and Health Sciences courses, all across the state of Bihar. This entrance exam is conducted by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) every year via offline mode. The date to release the BCECE admit card and the date of the entrance examination has been postponed due to the sudden outbreak of Coronavirus. The BCECE 2020 exam which was set on the dates April 19 and April 20, 2020 is postponed till further notice from the board. The BCECEB also wants all desired candidates to note that admissions for engineering are through JEE Main 2020 and for medical is through NEET UG 2020.

BCECE Application Form

Desired candidates can fill the BCECE application form by logging in their official website bceceboard.bihar.govt.in. The last date to apply for the entrance exam has been extended to March 25, 2020. All candidates must register first and then submit the BCECE application form online, which is the only way to submit the form. The details to be filled in the BCECE application form include personal information, educational details, uploading scanned images of and required documents. After this, the candidate needs to pay the application fees and download the filled form.

BCECE Admit Card

The date for releasing the BCECE admit card has also been postponed by the BCECEB, taking into consideration the sudden outbreak of Coronavirus. New dates of releasing the BCECE admit card 2020 will be notified by the BCECE officials on the website soon. Desired candidates who have successfully registered online for the entrance exam can download and print out the admit card before the exam day. In order to download the hall ticket, the candidates must log in to bceceboard.bihar.govt.in. by entering their registration number and date of birth.

BCECE Exam Dates

As per the notice from the official website BCECE board, the BCECE 2020 exam has been postponed and the BCECE exam dates are also postponed due to that. New BCECE exam dates will be announced after the pandemic gets over. The BCECE exam dates were originally scheduled for April 19 and April 20, 2020.

The BCECE entrance examination pattern has two parts, with part 1 including 150 questions and 50 questions each from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Part 2 includes 300 questions and 100 questions each from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics respectively. The marking pattern is simple with every correct answer one mark is credited and with every wrong answer, one mark is deducted from the paper.

The board of BCECE examination has assured the candidates that they will keep the students informed about any further updates and new BCECE exam dates of the entrance exam.
